Hustle list: Who Is The Hardest-Working Member Of The Kardashian-Jenner Clan?

As the saying goes… the devil works hard, but Kris Jenner works harder. But we’re here to test that theory. We wanted to gauge who truly is the hardest working out of the Kardashian-Jenners. With over a billion followers combined, love them or hate them, there’s no denying the mega impact this iconic family has.

From cleaning products to private equity, music videos to cartoon voiceovers, and filming their hit Hulu show ‘The Kardashians’, we quite literally cannot keep up with the Kardashians.

Consider this the ultimate Kardashian-Jenner guide as we uncover the truth once and for all, and the results might surprise you… (spoiler alert: it’s not Kris!)

Here’s what we found:

  • It is in fact the 2nd youngest of the sisters, Kendall, who is deemed the hardest working, with a shiny score of 9.50/10

  • The least hard-working is revealed as the eldest sister, Kourtney, with a score of 2.7/10

  • Kris Jenner surprisingly ranked 2nd from last, with a score of 3.1/10

The Hardest Working Kardashian Jenner Graphic

Each Kardashian-Jenner was ranked on a scale of 1-10, based on the following activities over the past 2 years: how many businesses they founded and / or were involved in, brand / modeling deals, sponsored Instagram posts, YouTube vlogs, podcast / YouTube interviews, television appearances, ‘The Kardashian’s’ episode appearances and education / charity work.

From runway to reality: the hardest working Kardashian-Jenner revealed:

Once named ‘the world’s highest-paid model’ in 2018, when this Jenner isn’t plastered all over magazine covers and billboards, she’s busy building her hand-crafted Tequila empire; 818.

The hardest working was in fact the only member who scored above a 9/10, with a sparkling score of 9.5 - we have Kendall Jenner. She may not be able to cut a cucumber, but she sure does know how to do business.

Kendall scored the highest in the ‘brand / modeling deals’ category with 67 jobs in the past 2 years (score of 8.03), helping the Jenner sister strut to the top spot. It comes as no surprise seeing as there isn’t a high-end designer Kendall hasn’t modeled for.

Behind the glamour: how did the rest of the Kardashian-Jenners shape up?

Cinching her way to third place is none other than Kim K (scoring 7.3/10), who is proving she’s not just ‘famous for being famous’. Kim ranked highly in the ‘businesses’ category, thanks to Skims, SKKN, SKKY Partners (to name a few). The aspirations don’t stop there, unsurprisingly (or surprisingly to some) Kim also gained an impressive score for ‘education / charity work’ as she’s been dipping her toes into the legal world, putting in the werk to ‘’pass the bar’’.

From fighting for justice, starring in the American Horror Story, and appearing in the most ‘The Kardashian’ episodes, in the words of Kim K, ‘you better work b***h’.

In third place, we have the youngest sister Kylie, who bagged herself a score of 6.8/10. The makeup mogul managed to create a $1.2 billion empire with Kylie Cosmetics, pushing her up the rankings in the ‘business’ category. Kylie is actually the latest member of the bunch to launch yet another business (seriously!? We can’t keep up). Kylie clearly wanted a slice of Kim’s sweet, sweet fashion pie, as she has just announced her brand ‘Khy’. At the age of just 26 those endeavors are no mean feet *metaphorical clap*.

Khloé on the other hand fell a little bit short in the ‘business’ category when compared to her entrepreneurial sisters, mostly known for her co-founder role in cult-favorite brand ‘Good American’. The youngest Kardashian sister isn’t afraid to take the mic, as her appearances on The Jennifer Hudson Show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and Jimmy Kimmel Live! have landed her highly in the ‘television appearances’ category. Khloé scored an overall score of 3.7/10, making her the fourth hardest working.

Keeping it casual: Discovering the least hard-working Kardashian-Jenner:

In fifth place, we have none other than Momager powerhouse, the driving force behind the iconic Kardashian-Jenners, Kris Jenner. Kris scored 3.1/10 overall, with her highest scoring category being her appearances on the ‘The Kardashians’. When she’s not busy cheering ‘’you’re doing great sweetie’’ for her 6 offspring, she's building her cleaning empire safely, starring in Meghan Trainor’s music video or behind the scenes of the money-making machine, Jenner Communications. Thanks to some fabulous genes and a mastermind in personal branding - she may not be wearing the ‘hardest working’ crown, but she can certainly adopt us any day.

In last place, named as the ‘least hardest working’ is Kourtney, scoring 2.7/10. It turns out that shaking salads won’t earn you the top spot. Kourt scored consistently low for *almost* all of the criteria. The eldest sister prides herself in privacy in comparison to her sisters, taking a backseat in sponsored Insta posts, YouTube Vlogs, and education/charity work. Kourt’s low profile attitude has landed her bottom of the list, but don’t be fooled, Kourtney has still built passion-driven brands POOSH and Lemme, all whilst being pregnant - we’d say she’s still doing pretty damn well.

Kourtney Kardashian

That’s a wrap:

It’s safe to say that the Kardashian-Jenner family isn’t afraid to graft, they’ll try pretty much anything to get in the headline and secure the bag. But in the end, thanks to her modeling career, it was Kendall who secured the top spot as the ‘hardest working'.

Methodology:

We gathered data on a variety of different business related activities each Kardashian-Jenner has been involved in. We created our own unique scoring (0-10) system with a weighting applied to each criterion depending on how heavily it contributes towards being ‘hard-working’. The final score was out of 10, which allowed us to rank each member from the ‘most’ to ‘least’ hardest working.
